The redevelopment of the existing Devon County Council Nursing and Care Home site off of Mud Bank Lane in Exmouth, Devon,  has been carried out in conjunction with DCH Group (Housing Association) and the East Devon District Council. The development has provided 36 new high quality Affordable and Open Market homes and will consist of:-

18 Affordable homes, and 18 Open Market homes.

- The Affordable mix has 8no. 1 bed houses, 6no. 2 Bed houses and 4no x 3 bed houses.

- The open market mix has 12no 4 bed houses and 6no 3 bed houses.

- The topography of the site enables the dwellings to have estuary views, while creating an attractive street scene.
